I took my collies here to be groomed, and the staff took excellent care of them, especially my fragile elderly female. When I arrived to pick them up, she was snoozing comfortably on a giant soft blanket in the reception area, and I could tell she had actually enjoyed her day of grooming. Our other collie is terrified of grooming due to trauma before we owned him, and he too was relaxed and completely happy. They also took excellent care of my semi-feral cat who had never, ever been boarded before and was terrified to be in a cage. When I picked him up, he was healthy, safe, and calm. Excellent care, excellent staff. Highly recommended.
